Rumsfeld Headlines NCA Washington Forum

This year’s NCA Washington Forum saw more than 240 association member appointments with Congress that mainly promoted sugar reform. Featured speakers Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL) and political pundit Charlie Cook addressed attendees on affecting political and policy changes. Former two-time Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld shared some of his experiences and his outlook with NCA members, graciously speaking to each at his book-signing event.
