Jelly Belly Honors Reagan

Kicking off a full year of events to honor President Ronald Reagan’s 100th birthday, Jelly Belly Candy Co. sponsored a 55-foot-long, 26-foot-high float showcasing images of iconic moments from his life. The float launched during the 2011 Rose Parade with company executives, employees and more than 800 volunteers pitching in to help. Jelly Belly says it handed out nearly 50,000 product samples to spectators and some 65,000 roses were used to make the honorary float.
