Event Showcases Best Of Brazil

Candy and Snack TODAY’s Teresa Tarantino traveled to Recife, Brazil, to report from the country’s premier confectionery trade show.

At Sweet Brazil, she learned major investments in production technology and a focus on native tropical fruit flavors are driving the domestic market. Brazilian suppliers also revealed their innovations and new product developments with the more than 30,000 wholesale and retail buyers estimated to have attended.
