Smarties Honors 2012 Top Broker, Salesperson

Union, NJ — Smarties Candy Co. is honoring Ross Upstate Sales & Marketing, Inc. as its 2012 Broker of the Year and Bob Conder, of SellEthics Marketing Group, Inc., as Salesperson of the Year.

Smarties Vice-President of Sales and Marketing Eric H. Ostrow explains: “We've been giving these awards out annually for the past 20 years and we do know there are a lot of reps who look forward to possibly winning. They take pride in selling Smarties and we really appreciate that. Our reps and brokers are key to our business.”

Ostrow says the Broker of the Year award is given not only to honor brokers for increased sales, but also to celebrate superior sales effort and marketing support with the entire brokerage community. He added the Salesperson of the Year reflects going above and beyond the call of duty and giving outstanding individual performance.
