Mars Ranked World’s 25th Best Multinational Workplace
McLean, VA — Mars, Inc. has been ranked 25th on the 2012 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces list, which was compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute.
The company was given credit in three key areas for its working environment and associate culture. These include its commitment to providing safe, healthy and positive workplaces to engage and motivate associates, providing a unique training and education program through Mars University, and its commitment to making a difference to people and the planet by putting mars principles into action through community engagement.
Mars also received recognition for the high proportion of women in executive and senior management roles, increasing the number by one percent each year during the past 11 years, reaching 38 percent.
