Blue Ox Jerky Debuts Cajun BBQ Flavor

Troy, MI — The Blue Ox Jerky Co. has added Cajun BBQ Beef Brisket to its line of jerky, sausage, and other meat snack products.

The limited-time flavor is described as a thicker, more tender version of the company's jerky. Each of the company's 32 varieties of jerky and meat snacks are available from its website, BlueOxJerky.com. The meats include, beef, turkey jerky, elk, venison and buffalo, and each come in a number of styles, the company reports.

The company says: “We're always playing around with new flavors and meat combinations. When we find something we really like we want to share with our amazing customers. We are really interested in hearing feedback about our Cajun BBQ Brisket jerky. We think people will like this type of meat in their mouths just as much as our other great styles.”
