Sweet Pete’s Introduces Wholesale Line

Jacksonville, FL — Sweet Pete’s Pure Simple Sweets, LLC has introduced a wholesale division, which currently offers all natural taffy. The vegan-friendly taffy is manufactured in a gluten-, diary-, nut- and soy-free facility, the company reports.

The taffy, which the company says also is allergy friendly, comes in cherry, grape, vanilla and key lime flavors, while a limited edition peppermint flavor is also available in bulk for the holidays.

Allison Behringer, marketing director for Sweet Pete's, says: “There's no artificial colors or flavors in our taffy; the red color comes from red beets, the green from spinach. There's also no hydrogenated fat, and we use regular corn syrup. People are becoming much more conscious of what's going into their food. Also, it tastes better than standard taffy. We purposely added more flavor than what most people are used to.”

A five-pound order of a single flavor costs $30, while single pounds sell for $6.50, with each pound containing about 83 pieces. The taffy can be ordered through the Sweet Pete's website or by sending an email to sales@sweetpete.net.
