Mondelēz International Completes Split From Kraft

Northfield, IL — Mondelēz International, Inc. has completed the spin-off of Kraft Foods Group, Inc., its North American grocery business.

Mondelēz, formerly Kraft Foods, Inc., distributed all outstanding shares of Kraft Foods Group common stock that it owned ratably to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 19. It did so on a ratio of one share of Kraft Foods Group common stock for every three shares of Mondelēz International.
