Gunther Grant To Open First Retail Store

East Islip, NY — Gunther Grant, Inc. is opening its first retail outlet, named “Chocolates and Treasures,” the company reports, indicating that it has secured a retail lease in Oakdale, NY.

The store will offer products from two of the company's subsidiaries in an effort to attract more male customers, the company explains, adding it will feature collectibles from Neat Stuff for Sale and specialty chocolates from Got Chocolates, Inc.

Grant Newsteder, CEO of Grunther Grant, says: “Over the years we found that many women would come into our stores to purchase chocolates while their husbands sat in the car. We wanted to create a concept that attracted men into our stores as well. We are creating an environment that will sell not only confections but also collectibles and other vintage gifts.”
