Snyder’s-Lance Acquires Snack Factory

Charlotte, NC — Snack Factory, LLC is being acquired by Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. in a $340 million transaction expected to close during the fourth quarter.

The agreement, which includes several Snack Factory affiliates, is expected to add $160 million to Snyder’s-Lance’s estimated 2013 net revenues, the company says.
