Hershey Names Customer, Industry Affairs Director

Hershey, PA — Brent Cotten has been appointed director of customer and industry affairs for The Hershey Co.

The company reports he will be its representative at U.S. trade associations and shows and customer events to further establish and build strong relationships with domestic customers and industry leaders. Cotten will also be responsible for U.S. sales meetings, the company says.

He began his career with Hershey Foods in 1992 as a sales representative for the Nashville district and has since held several leadership positions including Atlanta convenience district manager, southeast customer sales executive - convenience and southeast area sales manager. He has also served as director, strategic convenience retailers, and was responsible for the sales to U.S. strategic c-store customers.
