Trade Show Launches For Chocolate

Chicago — Trend spotting and product development are among the topics of the first National Chocolate Show, set for November 16 to 18 at Navy Pier.
The trade show also will include sessions on cocoa sustainability, industry advancement and business insights. Exhibitors are expected to include suppliers, equipment providers and packaging experts, while a demonstration stage also is being planned.
The event runs concurrently with the consumer-oriented Chicago Fine Chocolate Show, at which the NCA’s Chocolate Council will present The Story of Chocolate.
