Washington, DC — A webinar covering chocolate and chewy candy consumer profiles will include the latest findings in the NCA’s Sweet Insights initiative.

The presentation, which will be held Tuesday, August 28, at 1 p.m. (EST), will run 45 to 55 minutes and examine consumer demographics and motivating purchase factors, the NCA reports. Ways to best leverage consumption and purchase occasions to drive sales will also be discussed.

Larry Wilson, NCA vice-president of customer relations, will lead the webinar, which will be followed by a short question-and-answer session. For NCA members and their trade partners unable to attend, the presentation will be available at [2] candyusa.com 24 hours after the event.

In addition, on September 11, gum and mint consumer profiles will be the topic of another Sweet Insights webinar, while hard candy and fruit snacks consumer insights will be shared on September 25. Both webinars will begin at 1 p.m. (EST).
