Malley’s-Wrapped Beetles Sold Out

Cleveland — More than two dozen Cleveland-area consumers have purchased limited-edition, logo-wrapped Volkswagen Beetles in less than two weeks, Malley’s Chocolates reports.

President Dan Malley says the company will pay $150 per month for three years to consumers who buy or lease a standard Beetle and allow Malley’s to wrap it at company expense.

He adds: “The greatest thing about this program is that we have people who call us and the number one reason they want to drive the car is they’re huge Malley’s fans. The $150 a month is a fringe benefit. The people are paying for the cars themselves.”
