Frey Hires Two

Estero, FL — Steve Arnold and Pam Houseman have joined Frey Enterprises, LLC as national accounts managers.

The company says Arnold is a sales and marketing veteran in the CPG industry, previously working with The Hershey Co.; Frito-Lay North America, Inc.; Brach’s Confections; and Chocolates a al Carte.

He specializes in developing and managing DSD, direct and brokered sales organizations; establishing and implementing growth sales categories and product lines for branded and private label items; and managing programs for all classes of trade, Frey reports.

Houseman, who has more than 20 years of experience in CPG sales and marketing, having worked for Kraft Foods Inc.; Kroger Co.; and Wilton Industries, Inc.

Her expertise includes product launches, category expansion though the use of syndicated and internal data, and merchandising and planogramming, Frey reports.
