Northfield, IL — Tracey Belcourt has been named executive vice-president, strategy, for Kraft Food Inc.’s global snacks business.

The company says Belcourt will develop and implement strategy, and oversee mergers and acquisitions, for Mondelez International, Inc.

Previously, Belcourt was a partner at Bain & Co. She also was an economic consultant to the U.S. Agency for International Development in Africa and had been an assistant professor of economics at Concordia University.
