NECCO Redesigns Website
Revere, MA — The New England Confectionery Co. (NECCO) has redesigned its website to provide updated content, new graphics and easier navigation, the company explains.
At necco.com, visitors can learn about products, purchase seasonal and regular items from the company store and find recipes that use NECCO confections.
The site’s homepage prominently features the company logo with the tagline, “Explore the world of NECCO — An American Classic” surrounded by a circle of brand images designed to evoke a candy carousel theme, Alyssa Hills, director of marketing for NECCO, tells Candy & Snack TODAY. The homepage will change each candy season to feature holiday products.
Each brand has a dedicated page where visitors can learn about the products’ history and manufacturing processes.
A secure broker area features sell sheets, images, digital presentations and other documents for industry representatives.
Under development is a games page featuring the new Squirrel Nut Zippers mascot, Zipper.
