Mosier Appointed To Spangler Committee

Bryan, OH — Niki Mosier has joined Spangler Candy Co.’s management committee, a senior leadership team that develops strategic plans and oversees all company operations.

Mosier joined the company in 2003 and was promoted to director of human capital in 2010. During that time, the company says she has built up several departments, including human resources, safety, training and security.

She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Defiance College and previously worked in human resources at Lear Corp.

Other members of the leadership committee are: Kirk Vashaw, president/CEO; Bill Martin, executive vice-president/CFO; Denny Gunter, vice-president, sales; Jim Knight, vice-president, marketing and ecommerce; Steve Kerr, vice-president, operations; and Dean Spangler, chairman.
