Pepperidge Farm Appointing President

Camden, NJ — Irene Chang Britt is taking on the role of president of Pepperidge Farm upon the retirement of president Pat Callaghan when he retires in July, according to parent company Campbell Soup Co.

Britt will be responsible for developing the company’s global baking and snack strategy, and further collaborations between the Pepperidge Farm and Arnott's brands, the company says. She will report to Denise Morrison, Campbell's president and CEO.

She currently serves the company as chief strategy officer, and in the past held executive positions including senior vice-president; president, North American foodservice; and vice-president and general manager of Campbell's sauces and beverages division.

Before joining the company she held executive management and marketing positions at Kraft Foods, Inc. and Kimberly-Clark Corp.
