Mount Franklin Appoints Gromen Sales VP

El Paso, TX — Andy Gromen has been named vice-president of retail sales for Mount Franklin Foods, LLC’s eastern region.

Prior to joining Mount Franklin, Gromen served as a top sales executive for Pearson Candy Co., where he worked for more than 25 years and was instrumental in consistently growing sales and profits, Mount Franklin says. While with Pearson he was responsible for key accounts including Walmart Stores, Inc.; Sam’s Club; Target Corp.; Dollar General Corp.; Family Dollar Stores, Inc.; and Costco Wholesale Corp.

Gromen began his confectionery career with Schrafft’s Candy Co. as a sales representative and retail merchandiser.

With more than 35 years in the candy business working in sales and management, he was inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame this past year.
