French Pavilion Debuts At EXPO

Chicago — Being introduced at this year’s SWEETS & SNACKS EXPO is the French Pavilion, highlighting confectionery products from the country.

The French-dedicated section is organized by Ubifrance, an international business development agency that is part of that country’s government.

Participating companies include Les Chevaliers d’Argouges, which will highlight its chocolate items; honey cake, caramel and nougat supplier La manoir des Abeilles; and Salpa Group -- Yves Thuriés, which produces macarons, and chocolate truffles and bars, Ubifrance says.
