Parsippany, NJ — Consumers can try to trick their Facebook friends with a new application from Cadbury Adams USA, LLC’s Stride Shift gum.

The app, “Change Your Flavor, Change Your Life,” allows Facebook users to select one of four possible careers -- a rodeo clown, an ostrich jockey, a fortune teller and an adventure traveler. The app then adds a photo gallery full of pictures and stories that give the impression the user has adopted that personality.

The company says the social media app ties in with Stride Shift, which changes flavor from citrus or berry to mint, and the brand's slogan, “Change Your Life,” which appeals to the young adult demographic target.
