Program Encourages Candy Donations
Cleveland — Operation Frontline Candy, a program introduced by Candy & Snack TODAY, is encouraging donations to U.S. troops abroad through operationfrontlinecandy.com.
Beginning September 8, confectionery makers and retailers can ship products to the non-profit collection point, Operation Gratitude, from which thousands of care packages are sent each year.
Donors should visit operationfrontlinecandy.com, fill out the “Tell Us About Your Donation” form, and Candy & Snack TODAY will add the company’s name to an honor list of donors appearing in the magazine.
As little as one case of product can have a major positive impact on U.S. troops, according to Candy & Snack TODAY’s feature, “Candy In Combat Zones.” More information about the program is available at operationfrontlinecandy.com.
