Popped Corn Chips Hit Market

Freeport, NY — Medora Snacks, LLC debuts PopCorners, popped, triangle-shaped corn chips.

Available in 1.1- and five-ounce bags, they come in White Cheddar, Butter, Sea Salt and Kettle. They are all-natural, have no trans fats and are gluten- and cholesterol-free, according to the company.

Consumers are seeking healthier snacks, which is tied to the 21 percent increase in sales of popcorn in the past year, the company claims.
