Somerset, NJ — The Ferrero Co. has launched Shake, Share & Care, a program in support of breast cancer awareness and those affected by cancer, the company says.

Part of its six-year partnership with CancerCare, a national non-profit providing free professional support services for anyone affected by cancer, Ferrero says it has made a donation through its Tic Tac brand of $100,000 to the organization.

Further, the company has launched a Tic Tac brand Facebook page at facebook.com/tictacusa to encourage fans to post their acts of kindness. For each person who shares their act of caring, Ferrero will donate $5 to CancerCare, up to an additional $100,000, the company says.

As part of the campaign kick-off, Ferrero is introducing limited-edition Pink Grapefruit Tic Tacs, which will be available at select drug, grocery, mass merchandisers, warehouse clubs and c-stores through October, according to the company.
