Webinar To Offer Food Labeling Advice, Information

Upper Saddle River, NJ — A three-meeting webinar series will cover the most up-to-date information on food labeling and how to correctly label products.

The Food Institute is hosting the series that will run September 14, 21 and 28 from noon to 2 p.m. EST. Guests include representatives from the FTC, FDA and grocery associations, as well as legal experts and advocates for nutritional health and food safety, according to the organization.

The webinar will address the best ways to handle allergens, naturals and organics, key elements and regulations for bilingual labeling and other hot topics in food labeling.
