Symrise Hires Four

Teterboro, NJ — Symrise North America has hired four for its flavor team, including a national account manager, two food technologists and a product Development Chef.

Gretchen Doyle is now national account manager for Symrise. Her previous positions include national account manager for Kraft Food Ingredients, a position she held for 18 years.

Harris Levinson joins Symrise as a senior food technologist with the Sweet Business Unit. He has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and will develop healthcare, food and confectionery product concepts and prototypes for customers.

Also joining the company is Ron Spaziani, product development chef, who will introduce flavor trends and develop culinary strategies and prototypes.

Sherrilyn Tross-Hall joins the company as a food technologist and will modify existing products and initiate new concepts and methods. Her focus will be on current consumer markets and new technology, as well as selecting raw material and ingredients from supplier sources.
