Hubbard To Open AWMA Show

Fairfax, VA — E-Z Mart Stores, Inc. CEO Sonja Hubbard will deliver the opening presentation at the 2011 American Wholesale Marketers Association (AWMA) Show.

Hubbard’s session, Insights & Perspectives on the Future of Convenience Retailing, is expected to tackle the challenges and opportunities c-store retailers currently face.

“We are very excited a retailer of Sonja’s caliber will speak at our Show Opening Super Session,” says AWMA President and CEO Scott Ramminger. “This is a session that no one will want to miss.”

In 2008 Hubbard was the first female chairman of NACS and later this year will be the first woman inducted into the Convenience Industry Hall of Fame. The AWMA Show is scheduled for February 8 to 10, 2011, in Las Vegas.
