Flavor University Offers Free Courses
Geneva, IL — Food professionals can attend complimentary courses that address flavor development, flavoring grains, and advanced flavor techniques though FONA International Inc.’s Flavor University fall class offerings.
Flavor 101 courses, which teach the art and science of flavor development and application, will begin September 13, and run through October 26.
Through the Top 10 Challenges of Flavor course, to be held November 8 and 9, FONA will present strategies and techniques to overcome the challenges of working with flavor.
Grain Flavor 201: Flavor Solutions for Cereal and Snacks will reveal to attendees the factors influencing flavor selection and getting the most out of flavor suppliers. It will be offered November 16 and 17.
