Chocolate Equipment Up For Auction

Fulton, NY — A two-day live and webcast auction will feature more than 1,000 lots of chocolate production and packaging equipment September 14 and 15, in Fulton, NY.

Hosted by GoIndustry USA, Inc., bidders can opt for such items as cocoa bean winnowers, liquor presses, stone mills, mixers, refiners, moulding lines, depositors and a range of packaging lines including bar wrappers.

Auctioned items are from the estate of New York Chocolate and Confection, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April.
