Northfield, IL — Kraft Foods, Inc. is selling the Romanian division of Cadbury to Oryxa Capital.

The sale was stipulated by the European Commission as a condition for Kraft's purchase of the UK confectionery company back in February. In the past week, it also sold the E. Wedel business in Poland to Lotte Group.

Financial details were not disclosed.
