EVP Leaves J&J Snacks

Pennsaken, NJ — Vincent Melchiorre, executive vice-president of J&J Snack Foods’ food group, will leave the company in September.

Melchiorre is said to be returning to his former employer, Grupo Bimbo, after having spent the past three years managing the baked goods and snacks division for J&J Snacks, maker of pretzels, chips and churros.

His present role will be assumed by a combination of internal and external sources, according to Dennis Moore, senior vice-president and CFO, until a formal replacement is announced.
