7-Eleven Picks Up Virginia Chain

Dallas — 7-Eleven, Inc. will purchase the Quarles Petroleum, Inc. chain comprising 14 c-stores throughout Virginia.

They will be re-branded under the 7-Eleven banner, which operates 674 stores in Virginia and more than 6,000 nationwide.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
