Tobacco Act "Misunderstood"

Cleveland — Online claims that candy items are covered under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act are false.

According to the FDA: “There seems to be quite a lot of misunderstanding out there,” confirming the ban is on tobacco that has fruit flavoring.
